How to manage your team access in Transparent BI?
Admin panel allows you to control access to datasets, dashboards and questions.
To add a user, you simply click on the Admin — People — “Invite someone” button. To create a group, you have to go to the same page and select “Groups” on the left-hand side. Here you’ll be able to create as many groups as you need with specific access to the BI platform.
Under the Permissions tab, you can select which groups should have unrestricted or limited access. You can control whether they can view and/or edit databases and collections.
