All the publicly available supply information is collected and aggregated from the various vacation rentals websites, such as Airbnb.com, Booking.com, VRBO.com, Tripadvisor.com. Our database provides access to all publicly listed listings even if they do not indicate calendar availability.
The system continuously gathers data, executing queries globally until all listings are collected, and then restarts the operation.
The mechanism of unification and enrichment
Following collection, all of the raw data is combined into a unified database where it undergoes the standardisation and enrichment process. The main areas impacted by this unification are the types of properties and their amenities an location data — latitude, longitude, street name, zip codes, and city names.
