How to Bookmark Filters for Easy Access

Apply a set of filters and bookmark this page for quick routine checks of specific data

While it is useful to check the general trends of the overall market, sometimes it is more relevant to zoom-in to view more specific data; for example 2 bedrooms in neighboring zip codes, for certain property managers, on a given platform. These filters will provide a more granular view of what exactly is going on in terms of pricing and occupancy within these parameters, and this could be useful information to check on a recurring basis.

By utilizing the Bookmark feature on your webpage, you only have to set the necessary filters one time, the first time, and this saved link can be accessed again and again with one simple click. The data on the bookmarked page will update as our system updates, and you can make as many bookmarks for as many combinations of filters as you see fit, all under one organized Transparent folder.

How to save your filter sets?:

Once you have applied all the filters to see the information you are interested in follow the next steps to create a Transparent folder and save your views:

  1. Click the Bookmark Star [✩] at the right end of the URL bar
  2. Click “More”
  3. Click  “New Folder”
  4. Type in “Transparent”
  5. Click “Save”

6. Then, simply click the Bookmark star [✩] again and label this filter set. Make sure the “Transparent” folder is selected before clicking “Done”.

7. This link will now appear in a Transparent folder attached under the url bar for easy access every time you open your browser.

Save precious time and energy by creating as many bookmarked filter sets as you need to analyze and optimize your revenue.
