How to distinguish a listing from a property?
The difference between a listing and a property is that the same property can be represented in multiple listings (in different vacation rental platforms). Whereas by a property we mean a unique, de-duplicated property.
Taking a practical example, we can see below 3 different listings corresponding to the same property:

As you can see, although they are different listings, they correspond to the same property. In this case, the values would be as follows:
